Rackmate Support

Rackmate is a billiards scoreboard for 8-ball and 9-ball: race-to-N matches with handicaps, tap-to-pot scoring, a landscape table-side board, match history, and player stats.

Get help or suggest a feature

Open Rackmate → Settings → Send Feedback. Every message gets read, and feedback goes straight to the developer.

Common questions

Undo a mistake: tap the undo arrow in the top bar — it works across racks. To fix an earlier rack, tap its number in the rack strip and reassign the winner.

Restore purchases: Settings → Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID.

Table-side board: rotate your phone to landscape during a match.
